What has surprised you the most working at CSI?

What surprised me the most about CSI is the impact this industry has on the world. You don’t realize how far a small plastic bottle cap can go and the possibilities it contains.

What do you like the most about your job currently?

What I love most about my job currently is getting to work with every department. I’m able to experience all functions of CSI, which continues to help me understand the business at a higher level.

How do you feel that you contribute to the company's goals?

Being a part of all the HR systems and being a resource for all CSI employees — submitting everyone’s paychecks — makes me feel that I am contributing to the company’s goals.

What’s the best part of working at CSI?

The people at CSI are committed to the vision of the company and everyone takes their work personally. Employees strive to do their best and improve their areas of responsibility. I’m surprised to see that employees are invested in each other’s lives and that there is a sense of friendship around the office.

What has surprised you the most working at CSI?

In my 5 years with the company what has surprised me the most is the high level of details, from both technical and engineering standpoint, that it takes to create a small bottle cap.

What do you like the most about your job currently?

I love the fact that I work with some of the world’s biggest and best brands and our closures are literally seen all over the world. It’s amazing to witness major projects come to life.

How do you feel that you contribute to the company's goals?

By managing our Customer Support Team, I’m involved with every closure order that goes through the system. My team is a significant contributor to our overall company goals.

Do you feel there is opportunity to grow at CSI?

I do, yes! Transitioning from college to my first full-time job at CSI, everyone has been super helpful and wanting to assist in my learning and development. There is always talk about new opportunities if I want to grow into another role. I love how CSI is so invested in my future within the company!

What’s the best part of working at CSI?

The best part of working at CSI is the ability to contribute regardless of job title. We are an innovative company and each employee has the opportunity to have their voice heard.

What do you like the most about your job currently?

I enjoy collaborating with different departments within the organization.

How do you feel that you contribute to the company's goals?

I use inputs from operations, R&D, and sales that allow the business to make informed decisions. These decisions allow us to better serve our customers and facilitate growth. And, I do believe there is opportunity to grow professionally. CSI has a history of promoting talent within the organization.

What has surprised you the most working at CSI?

I was very surprised at the close relationships that were built and still maintained throughout the years. I also love the responsibility I have in the AR Department, knowing my boss trusts me to do my job without having to look over my shoulder.

What’s the best part of working at CSI?

A couple of things: Focus on Safety—To see the immense focus on safety has really given me pride in CSI, especially when I am onboarding new hires. Opportunities for Innovation—This year one of my goals is to implement employee well-being programs that will hopefully increase engagement and satisfaction.

What do you like the most about your job currently?

I love the connections I get to make with new and current employees. I know their hobbies, their goals, about their families, and they know about me. Those connections mean the most to me in my position.

Getting folks onboarded and trained is essential.

What drew you to work at CSI?
