December 16, 2003 - For the second year, Alcoa CSI Lima, Perú has been named one of the 25 Best Places to Work in Perú. The national award was given by The Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc. a research and management consultancy based in the U.S. that evaluates the work climates of businesses all over the world. The Peruvian companies chosen for the study were judged primarily on standards of trust between managers and employees as the primary defining characteristic of the very best workplaces.
